Privacy practices

ThreeWiseBots is designed to operate without ever needing to know who you are.

The short version

We collect no personal data. No names, no emails, no accounts, no IP addresses stored, no cookies, no tracking. The service works without you identifying yourself in any way.

For the free demo, we log anonymous usage patterns — topic category (not your typed text), which perspective you read, and broad geography (country and state only). This is aggregated, retained 30 days, then auto-deleted.

What we log (free demo on threewisebots.com)

Each query to the free demo creates one anonymous log entry containing:

What we do NOT log

If you buy the $29 license

The $29 license runs on your own device using your own Anthropic API key. Your queries never touch our servers. We log absolutely nothing from licensed instances. That is an intentional product feature, not a limitation.

Retention

Anonymous logs from the free demo are automatically deleted after 30 days. We have no mechanism to retain them longer; the data simply expires.

Why we log anything at all

We use anonymous aggregates to understand what topics are trending, which perspectives engage users, how the service is used geographically, and whether the product serves its purpose. This informs product improvements and supports conversations with potential syndication partners. No individual user is identifiable from this data.

Third parties

Your queries are sent to Anthropic to generate perspectives. Anthropic has its own privacy policy governing that interaction. We pass your query through; we do not alter or cache the content on our servers.

The service is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may maintain its own infrastructure logs per its privacy policy; we do not have access to them.
